New Zealanders could be missing out on as much as $312,000 per person by ignoring their KiwiSaver, a new report has found.

703,325 non-contributing members enrolled in KiwiSaver could collectively be losing $113 billion dollars by retirement.

REMEMBER the Government will contribute $521.43 each year to your retirement savings as long as you have contributed a minimum of $1,042.86 by the end of June each year.

This is a guaranteed 50% return on the first $1,000 that you invest into your KiwiSaver each year.

Anyone can get this contribution whether you are self-employed, an employee or not working so long as you are over the age of 18 and under the age of 65.
